Professional Services Review is a statutory agency which examines the conduct of health practitioners to determine if they have practised inappropriately in relation to services provided under Medicare and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. Practitioners whose conduct may be examined under the PSR Scheme are medical practitioners, dentists, optometrists, midwives, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, physiotherapists, podiatrists and osteopaths.
